Nice hotel. The black out curtains were amazing. The cleanliness of the room was very good 👍 They offered us free water at check in and check out! The mini fridge was not the cleanliness it had hair and some type of stickiness inside.

Getting a reservation was difficult. Checking in was simple. Checking out was difficult, and I am pretty sure the night clerk was high. We will never stay there again.

The rooms and breakfast were good. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hottub due to the pool maintenance. I went to the front desk to ask the receptionist whether we could use the hottub. I explained to her that we booked this hotel because of the hottub. She explained that though the hottub was working but due to the pool's maintenance, nobody could use the facility due to the rule implied. I told her that it was a disappointment but she kept saying it was a rule. Ok. Maybe, she could suggest the manager some sort of compensation or something.

Best experience I have had with a hotel in a long time! The breakfast was delicious and all of the staff was so nice and polite! The hotel room was very clean and organized well! I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Cincinati area!!

Staff was great. Room was clean and had the amenities that travelers have come to expect and enjoy. Breakfast was a nice with a variety of food and drinks.

Typical of a Hilton branded property. Easy to navigate layout, clean rooms and comfortable beds, close to great dining options and conveniently located across from a Kohls and Bass Pro shop. Just perfect!

Room smelled musty and hot tub was not working which really upset me because that hot tub is why I chose that hotel over closer/cheaper hotels. I was not offered any discount or concession at checkout when I explained this.
